Policies and Procedures


A convenience fee of $4 per order will be charged for phone orders.

Seating Policy

Productions begin on time. Generally, each theatre will open for seating 30 minutes before curtain. Please make requests for special needs, such as wheelchair seating, limited stairs, etc. There is no standing in the theatres. There is no late seating.

House Policies

Food, beverages, and smoking are not permitted in the theatre. The use of cameras or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. Please turn off pagers, watch alarms and cell phones. Text messaging is prohibited. Children five and under, infants and strollers are not permitted in the theatre.


Tickets are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final.

Our commitment to you is:

  • Your health is vital — if you have been ill with a high temperature at any time in the two weeks prior to your performance, just let us know and we will be happy to welcome you back when you are feeling better.  Until then, we will work with you to exchange your tickets or credit your account for a future performance or show.
  • If your event is canceled for any reason including local and state government restrictions, we will always exhaust every option possible including show-to-show exchanges, account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.
  • If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, including a refund.
  • Please contact the box office 520-621-3341 if you are considering donating your tickets as a tax-deductible gift.


Subscriber tickets may be exchanged 24 hours in advance for another performance of the same play, pending availability. An upgrade fee will apply when exchanging from a preview to a regular performance. Tickets may be exchanged by by phone or in person.

Single Tickets

Single tickets are on sale beginning August 23, 2023.  Ticket prices are listed on each production page.


All tickets will be accessible via your Account Manager account. Please follow these INSTRUCTIONS to access your Mobile Ticket. If you don’t know your password, FORGET password and go through the process of resetting.

Will call will not be available.
